Taking a Short Break from Blogging!

Hi Everyone!
I am getting a bit busier these days and cannot afford time to blog for you. I am not sure when I will be relieved from my hefty schedule. Thus, I thought of taking a break from blogging and have migrated all my posts to my friend Richard's blog - Ray Richardson's Reviews and Experiences.

To all who have been visiting this blog, I wish to take a chance to thank you for your all your support.

Bye!

Richard Nance.

Italy’s Earthquake Leaves People In Distress

The terrible earthquake which hit Italy in the morning of April 6th left many people in distress. The death toll according to sources was 27 and it is likely to increase later.

The earthquake, with a potential of 6.3 in magnitude, hit the central Italy at around 3.30 a.m. (8:30 p.m. ET). The US geological survey had found the epicenter to be at 60 miles away from Rome in the mountainous Abruzzo region - 6.2 miles beneath the ground.

Since, there are many buildings in Italy, which are very old – some even of centuries age – the damage is likely to be big. Some say that...

Joy of Giving Others

It is not just money that you donate to feel joy. It can be a piece of advice, a good suggestion, a word of solace, a fill of motivation, an encouragement, a guide to some part of someone’s destination. Even a smile can do a great favor to someone in depression or irritation.

It means that the IT function is in tune with the business thinking about competition, emerging threats and opportunities, and the business technology implications of each. Technology priorities, investments, and capabilities are internally consistent with business priorities, investments, and capabilities. When that’s the case, the company has reached a level of BTM maturity that relatively few have achieved to date. Checklist of New Apartment

Few days ago I moved into one of the Apartments in Philadelphia. I found some important and basic apartment checklist that should be followed before selecting a new apartment. All these things should be taken care by the landlord, with no cost to you.

  • Check every ceiling for water spots, particularly in bathrooms. Water spots mean that something is leaking, and anything leaking is a bad thing.
  • Closet door and patio door sliders need to work smoothly and glide easily. Make sure to check the patio door locking mechanism.
  • All windows and screens should...
